Four Billboard Music Awards Nominations for BTS

Every year, the Billboard Music Awards is among the most awaited award show for many artists and their fans.

Indeed, there are already seasoned names within the nominees, but what’s more surprising is seeing that BTS, the biggest boy band group are nominees in four categories!

Yes, you read that correctly! South Korea’s pride and most prominent group, members of BTS, RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook are up for four Billboard Music Awards nominations.

BTS has been nominated many times prior and attained their first win for the Top Social Artist category in 2017, ultimately breaking Justin Bieber’s 6-year titleholder.

In 2018, they again won in the TSA category. Their reign continued the following year but bagged another win, returning home with two awards, one for TSA and Top Duo/Group against Dan + Shay, Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5, and Panic! The Disco.

In 2020, the group quickly seized the TSA once again but lost the Top Duo/Group category.

Now, in 2021, new doors have opened for the septet as they are nominees in four different categories such as;

• Top Social Artist
• Top Duo/Group
• Top Song Sales Artist
• Top Selling Song – Dynamite
